The Vaucluse Residence is a complete reimagining of a harbour-side home with Alexander & Co. The project demanded the same standards of construction HP applies to every home: every junction set out by hand, every interface between materials committed only once.
[Specific project narrative — site challenges, design moments, material palette — will be supplied by HP and Alexander & Co.]
What distinguishes the work is what is not visible at handover. Set-out done by hand, junctions committed only once, materials worked into the structure rather than applied to it. The architect’s drawings are the brief, and the brief is met.

[Construction narrative to be supplied — typically describing site constraints, sequencing decisions, formwork and finish standards specific to this project.]
Every decision was made twice: once on the drawing, again on the site. Where the two had to be reconciled, the drawing won.
